"This was a really remarkable surprise. It felt like it was going to be a disconnected experience in a space that wasn’t exactly designed for a hotel, in a sense. Instead, they had all of these great systems in place. It was so close to the beach to be inspiring. At one point we had problems with electricity, and a service man was there within five minutes at 12:30 at night. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is small and very user friendly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and tasty. The location is good and very convenient if you are planning to use the light rail. There is tea, coffee and water as well as some fruit available all day long. Parking was easy and safe. The room was clean and comfortable."

"The hotel was nice and comfortable. Not the nicest neighborhood but is gentrifying. Here’s the problem: the hotel does not allow you to bring a guest to your room. And they DO NOT DISCLOSE THIS ON EXPEDIA. Only after booking do they send you a confirmation with a lot of blather that most people (like myself) will never even notice or read, and it’s buried in with other standard and trivial information, toward the bottom. "Absolutely amazing hotel. Everything was perfection from beginning to end!!!"

"Prior to checking in we made arrangements with the staff with even emails to ensure my son's check in process was smooth. We made multiple calls to ensure no issues. However, when he arrived, the staff would not honor the emails and communication and would not allow him to check in. They left him stranded despite multiple calls and emails. Felt like the hotel did not care and made no accommodations to ensure he was okay"
