"Nice little hotel. We just stayed one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were nice. Breakfast was typical with waffles, cereal, fruit and yougurts to choose from. The coffee was good. Just a nice little place that fit our needs."

"I first want to say that the staff was very kind and polite throughout my entire stay. Zero complaints there. But holy moly the amount they are charging for the quality of the hotel was astounding to me. My bathtub drain plug wouldn’t stay open when I would take a shower. There were stains all over the furniture and walls. Wall paper was peeling. Furniture was peeling. It looked like there were spots of mold that were attempted to be cleaned up in the bathroom. The shower curtain kept coming off the hooks whenever I moved it. The towels were so thin and rough. Hallways were sweltering hot. It was clean overall but if Marriott is going to charge the prices that they are charging then that hotel needs some serious upgrades."

"Everything is wonderful. However I booked king bed but when my husband and I arrived there to check. We were given a room with two twin beds the clerk saying that’s the only available. When we went upstairs to our room the AC was off and when we turned it on it wasn’t working we called the desk. The first and second call nobody is answering the phone. On my third call and several rings she finally answered. We told her the situation with the AC . She told us to push buttons and still not working. She went to our room to did try yo fix the thermostat after that the AC still not working, she said that’s all she can do and went out and mentioned she will call us when the maintenance can come. After several minutes the AC started working, and we started to settle down. The phone rings and when my husband finally answered she said nasty words that we were not answering the phone at once and no maintenance guy is coming. How rude. We told her the AC is now working. How rude she was because we called several times before she answered us but we didn’t complain. My husband starting to get some rest answered her call and met with nasty comments. What happens then if AC did not work that night. What kind of help can your nasty staff give your paying customers?"

"They said we didn’t have a confirmed reservation, despite all the correspondence and confirmations I received and being charged for the suite already. They said we could stay at the hotel across the street but they didn’t have the amenities we wanted. No manager to talk to. One person said we could come over to original hotel we booked to use the pool, but when we did we were told the other hotel had to notify them first. Nobody answered the front desk phone when I tried to call three times. Terrible experience."

"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was forced to wait nearly two hours past check-in time before my room was ready. This was extremely inconvenient and not what I expected from a hotel of your standards. Once I finally gained access to my room, I noticed that the shower curtain in the bathroom had visible mold on it, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Additionally, the level of service I received from room service staff was unprofessional and rude, making my stay even less enjoyable. To make matters worse, I found myself having to take out my own trash during my stay, which should not be the responsibility of a paying guest. Proper housekeeping service should have been provided. I was also disappointed to see roaches in the parking lot. During previous visits, the property was much cleaner and better maintained. The overall condition of the hotel appears to have declined significantly since my last stay. Considering that I paid close to $500 for a three-night stay, I feel the overall experience did not provide the value I expected and was disappointing for the price. Guests paying these rates should reasonably expect clean accommodations, timely check-in, professional service, and proper housekeeping."
