"The property is very run down and does not have any amenities. However, our actual room had recently been renovated and if it had been cleaned properly, it would have been fine. Drywall and mortar dust was left all over the woodwork and the new floor had dust and small bits of debris all over. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom fixtures were clean. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling in the tiny bathroom area. I would not stay there again."

"It was historic, quiet, simple and priced great. The owners are great and very cordial. The outside of the hotel looks like a palace and has been around a very long time. Love the stone and stone lions."

"Didn't like that the key was under the door mat. Beds were softer than I liked. Definitely got what I paid for, but that's ok. Didn't expect 5 star kuxury."
