"The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable and the cleaning people did not bother us which we liked. We will stay there again."

"Everything was as expected"

"Every single time I visit Chicago I have to stay at Eaglewood. There is no hotel that I have found that can compare, especially for the price. My room is always clean, the staff is always helpful (a little slow on check-in sometimes) but very sweet and polite. I have never had any issues whatsoever. Great job and Thank you. Your friend from Ohio!"

"Nice"

"Most staff was amazing and helpful but there was a main desk supervisor i that anything you asked she made it seem like it was the end of the world I believe her name was Erica"
