"J’y ai passé 3 nuits, l’hôtel est formidable et sa localisation parfaite. Mais l’entretien des chambres laisse à désirer. En arrivant tout est parfait, mais durant le séjour les verres et bouteilles vides ne sont pas ramsassés, le Vanity kit n’est pas remplacé. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau je me serais attendu à mieux du personnel de chambre. Piscine super, sauna A1"

"This apartment hotel met my basic needs. The only thing I would like to have is a washer/dryer in the room and perhaps faster Wi-fi. Otherwise, great location in Mitte and I could walk to all the major museums. I would stay here again."

"Modern hotel, all basic amenities worked. A good central base. Cleaning etc of room only done on request, no problem for a short stay. When I went to check out the bar, it was closed for a private event Breakfast offered a good but typical range of buffet options, available from 6.00 am which was very useful for early starters. Coffee only available from a machine."

"We stayed in a grand twin room - the room was very spacious and the bedding and everthing was well cleaned. There was lots of room to put down a suitcase, hang up clothes etc. The beds and pillows were very comfortable after a lot of walking around the city. The location is excellent, centrally located for walking to the major tourist attractions both northwards and southwards. Yet it was also quiet and peaceful, we didn't hear a peep from anyone else in the hotel. It was reassuring that there was a safe in the room, and the soaps provided were nice. The reception staff were friendly and looked after our baggage after check out. There are snacks/drinks vending machines, and boiling hot water dispenser and free teas on alternating floors. Overall a great value place to stay for our first trip to Berlin."

"Excellent location in the heart of Berlin. Clean, modern room, comfortable beds. Bathtub height was unusually tall and stepping over and out of the shower onto the floor could be challenging or dangerous for many people, including older guests or people with mobility issues. Did not care for self- check in feature, but a kind staff person was right there to assist so it was not a problem "

"Did not receive room cleaning when I requested it via the "button" in the room as instructed. I think it was defective, but the only way to find out was when they didnt clean the room..."
