"The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

"As a female solo traveler, I had a wonderful and highly comfortable stay at Empress Select Apartments. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and Tim was exceptionally helpful, kind, and genuinely welcoming, which immediately made me feel safe and at ease. The location is convenient and accessible for everyone. Whether you have a car, ride a scooter, or are traveling with an elderly parent, everything you need is within easy reach. The tram system is excellent for getting around. A huge...

"Do NOT book these apartments at Aurum House . I received an email stating that I would receive info re carparking 24 hours before my stay and "other" check in details approx 1 hour before the check in time of 3pm. I hadn't had any info sent to me so just after 2pm I sent a message asking for the check in info.... with no reply. I waited and waited and eventually rang the host. It went to voicemail. "An excellent place to stay as I needed somewhere with the comforts of home to use as an office for a few days working away. Everything was there that I needed to cook, eat, shower and sleep while it was just a short walk to the tram stop for transport up and down the coast. Also in a quiet part of town but close enough to get to the noisier parts if you wanted - just a 20 minute walk to Blackpool North station so ideally placed for me."

"Apartment was well equipped and clean . There was a little mix up for entry when we arrived but sorted quickly and they couldnt have been more helpful and apologetic . Would definately stay again "

"Lovely gem in Blackpool. Great location. Lovely host. Full equipped kitchen. Two TVs with netflix. Hot bath and shower. Everything you need is here. Third time here. Would return again"
