"Lovely stay. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Plenty of parking and very easy to check in (just send a message on here or contact the property directly to advise of your arrival time.) The breakfast was really great and there is lots of options for all diets. Room was spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable. There is also a fridge under the stairs for guests to use which is very thoughtful. Plenty of parking right outside. There’s a few restaurants and a supermarket a short walk...

Lovely surroundings great staff, very clean, lovely swimming pool, the only downfall was the beds beside the pool were very hard, and we just couldn't sit on them for long, the beds in the grass area were comfortable. The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting...

Only pity in the area is the beach adjacent to the hotel is not doggy friendly during the summer. "My room was comfortable though basic and the hotel is in a great location for Ryde just being minutes walk from the hovercraft and the town centre. The staff were really noce and friendly and the breakfasts were amazing! If I come to Ryde again, I would definitely stay here."
