"The staff were professional and friendly. Beds were comfy, room clean. The breakfast was basic, but good. I forgot my jacket in the room, called them, and they already had it put aside ready for pickup. Would stay again!"

"Convenient location, clean, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Didn't use anything from their loaner program, but it's cool that they have things like blenders and small electrics you can borrow for the kitchenettes. The kids loved the pool. The adults preferred to hang in the lobby where it was quiet."

"We stayed here during a dance competition weekend and were honestly so pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was great with lots of different food options, and the pool was really nice. The entire stay exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again if ever in Red Deer."

"The bed was comfortable and our room was clean. They let us check in at 1:30 which was great. The hotel was a bit dated. The breakfast wasn’t stocked well- missing this or that (few yogurt, jams on some tables but big others), only sugar cereals. Food was average. Syrup bottle sticky mess. Overall nothing big to complain about. Just an average stay."

"The front staff (William) was absolutely amazing! We had an issue with the AC in one of our rooms and he was professional and so helpful! The rooms were very clean, the hot-tub did have some peeling, and there are no USB ports in the room (bring an adapter)."

"The staff I met at check-in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I like having a room with the door to the outside, and my car parked directly in front of the room. Super easy place to have my dog, with lots of green space and an easy walk to a park. Great place if you just want a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay. I didn't try their breakfast bar. "

"When we arrived, we were hit with unexpected charges to our rooms. The gentleman was very nice about taking the extra money from us. We had purchased 3 rooms for the night and refunds were not an option so we were forced to pay these fees. The swimming pool was mediocre, there is visible damage to the ceiling in some areas, certainly felt like this place was not "resort" material. The hot tub was not working properly and while I do enjoy sitting in hot water, I would prefer my hot tubs to have...

"Very pleasantly surprised, this roadside motel is a real gem. Spotless and well maintained, our room looked recently renovated. The bed was comfy. Did need more blankets because they don't use comforters on the beds. A/C in room worked great. The bathroom was SO CLEAN! Highly recommend for the price point."

"The room could use a good thorough cleaning. The bedding looked dingy and worn out. I didn’t want to touch the curtains. The bathtub was stained or damaged, not sure as I wore flip flops to shower. The staff were friendly enough but when we were leaving, I said thank you to the front desk person and the response was “no worries”. I wasn’t worried. How about “thanks for staying with us” or “come back soon”? Such a weird response. Anyways, for the money I guess it was fine. Breakfast was included...
