Just not enough towels in the family room,
Had to get a extra towel out of a relatives room
Other than that, it was a comfortable stay"
"I recently travelled to Preston to attend my master’s degree graduation ceremony with my daughters . We spent one night in an apartment somewhere in Preston. This apartment was booked on another platform. We left earlier than scheduled,because we didn’t like the place . Fortunately.i visited Hotel.com in our desperation to leave the apartment due to its filthy state ,and thank God that there was an available room at Hampton by Hilton .

"We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding.
The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 "
"I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
"My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. "Had a wonderful stay , when you arrive the hotel and views are amazing , a nice warm greeting from lovely receptionist, we stayed in the Queen room was beautiful & lovely views , dinner & Breakfast was so lovely , cooked with best ingredients makes a change to have such a lovely meal & service all the staff lovely , my only negative was didn’t have long another stay would have loved to stay another night was wonderful!!!!"
