"The "likes" for 16 days of stay - a home away from home : a) The location is very close to Chadstone Shopping Mall, Subway, Hungry Jacks and Oakleigh etc b) The bed, pillows and bedding were superb and clean c) The sofa/bed was very comfortable and clean d) The bathroom was clean and has hot water on the fly - the complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash were superb! e) The concealed washing machine and dryer was a life saver, it was sound proof while in operation - Kudos! Not forgetting about the mobile drying rack! f) The utensils provided were clean and adequate for light cooking g) Carpark was ample and ease of access from 2 entry/exit zones h) I was lucky to be allocated in the non-road facing unit with a balcony - peaceful rest and beautiful views on bright sunny days! i) Last but not least, the complimentary Nespresso pods with the machine - Nice touch! The "improvements" : a) Shower head with flexible tubing instead of the short arm version (semi-flexible) b) A mobile heater fan (the affordable one from KMart @ AUD 15)"

"I would like to say what a wonderful experience we had. The staff member i dealt with first was so warm and friendly and actually made me smile on the awful day I was having. She was brilliant at her job. Then the following day when I checked out, I was greeted by a group of staff members behind the counter all very welcoming also. We 100% will be returning. Thank you all for our relaxing time out from life for a day xx"
