"I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great."

"Great hotel. Very cool decor and very friendly staff!"

"Another great stay! I’m always happy to come back and consistently appreciate the outstanding service and hospitality. This hotel truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in KC for a Current game!"

"Parking was very expensive. Also, I believed I was booking an IHG location a few blocks from the location of my convention, only to discover that this was 10 blocks away, making it necessary to use public transporation rather than being able to walk."

"If I had to dislike anything about this hotel, it would only be the parking"

"We love this hotel, it’s always clean and friendly staff. My only complaint is the beds are hard as a board. We love the bar area though."

"Loved everything about this place!"

"Clean location and the manager we beyond helpful!"

"What a great and unexpected experience. I’ve stayed all over downtown and have found my go to. I’ll be back for sure."

"EVERYTHING WAS GREAT!"
