"Our stay was extremely enjoyable and we will definitely return to Bitetto. Our host Nicola was very helpful and stayed in touch via WhatsApp when we needed help."

"Esperienza deludente. Il check-in è esclusivamente online e se si arriva con poca batteria o con il telefono scarico si rischia seriamente di rimanere fuori. Senza aver completato la procedura online non è possibile entrare nella struttura. Anche la registrazione è risultata eccessivamente macchinosa (ci hanno voluto due tentativi): oltre a caricare i documenti sulla piattaforma Vikey viene richiesto di inviare una foto del proprio volto accanto al documento d'identità. "Good communication, the staff came and met us late at night to hand us the keys. We only stayed here for one night as a quick stop off but the room was really big, clean with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. There is also a shop across the road."

"The property was good with wonderful views of the sea and airport. Expedia website stated it was an 8 minute walk from the airport. IT IS NOT! It's around 30 with luggage, 20 if just walking fast. It is NOT a hotel but an efficiency within an apartment in an apartment block with a shared kitchen. The wifi was slow if we didn't have our door to the communal area open. "Sabino was very helpful right from the start. Great communication. Very helpful. The entrance to the property requires attention, but with very clear instructions. Even I was able to get in without a hassle. I stayed at a one bedroom suite. Nice and large with good kitchen supply and microwave. I thought was great value A wide terrace. With panaromic views. The place was clean. I recommend this place. Thank you Sabino. I'll be back next year. Speak again soon."

"Very convenient location, I p minute walk from train station, easy check in. We forgot our key inside and contacted the host and he helped right away. Thank you!"

"The Hotel was chosen due to its closeness to the airport, just a train ride away. Trains, planes, and automobiles were all around throughout the night, so the downside was the noise."

"Very clean, clear instructions, helpful host. Highly recommended"

"I did not have a ocean view I had a basement room ..it was clean basic and adequate..it’s not exactly ocean front, some of the photos used are not of the property itself, but at a beach kiosk quite a walk away and was closed which is quite deceiving and I would not say it’s a hotel and it’s not a bed and breakfast either it’s a guest house room and bathroom, no Wifi, some form of satalite tv no English speaking channels it did have a fridge and on the positive was lovely quite and safe at night....
