Automated check-in system, which can be a bit impersonal for guests used to more traditional systems. However, the staff were great and very keen to help. Had a great stay, very central location. Room was great and bedding felt really nice. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. No complaints, I rwcommend it and would definitely stay again
