"Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. "This is a beautiful old world hotel, right on the busy shopping square. If you need quiet nights to sleep this may be too close to the centre of things, although the night life sounds stop right on midnight. It was like staying on the set of a period drama with the old style building and furniture. We will definitely be staying here again"

"Was the best location. Right on the main square. There was a lovely breakfast restaurant right downstairs and outside. Also, a bar downstairs. Had an inside bar and a courtyard bar. You will get noise from the square, but this did not keep us up at all. It was very much worth it! Would not hesitate to stay again. The apartment was a nice size and bedrooms were separated between a kitchen and two bathrooms for privacy. A/C worked great. Television didn't have any access to channels, but...

"Hotel Wawel is conveniently located in the old town and couple of minutes walk to the main square. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was welcome in July and the rooms were very quiet. We used the free coffee machine and water dispenser on the first floor which was a nice touch and there was a wide choice of food to choose from at breakfast. "We enjoyed a 3 night stay in the split level apartment. The place was clean and well presented. Bed was reasonably comfortable but would definitely benefit from some new pillows as the ones provided were small and well used (in fairness to the host i did not get a chance to raise this issue during in my stay due to a hectic schedule!)
