"This is the perfect apartment to stay if visiting Krakow. The location is perfect. On the edge of Planty looking at the castle. The park runs all the way around the square so it’s so accessible to get around.
It’s very safe with the front being gated. The apartment itself is stunning and a very high standard finish. Everything you need is in there for your stay.
Comfy beds, very clean and quiet. The communication with loft affair was also superb,

"The door to the hotel is so unassuming that i thought i had come to the wrong place when arriving there. Hotel is new and very clean. Our room was a bit unusual as it only had a very little window on the wall, but it did have two skyline windows so we did have a lot of light in the room. I chose standard room since it said to have more room than superior room which i thought was odd, but the room was very nice and clean. not very spacious, but enough to move around. Cleaning came every day even...

"The apartment is huge and clean. Just steps away from old town and castle. It is located in one of the busiest streets. Noise is expected but I personally didn’t find it too bad. "
"Great location, spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. An amazing breakfast every morning! We were at the front of the hotel on main road to the square so it could get noisy at night with window open, however the aircon is good so quiet with the window closed.

"Everything was perfect. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Location is within short walking distance to attractions. Lots of places to eat in the area. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Each day they varied the hot food selection and salads. Room was spacious. Bathroom was spacious. AC/heating is centralized so can't control the temperature within the room. Hot water and water pressure worked. I enjoyed my stay at Portal. "
