"Clean modern hotel. The entrance at street level is a bit underwhelming but the first floor reception and lounge are bright and spacious. The room was quiet, with comfortable beds and a large shower, plus additional toiletries are available for free at reception. Decent breakfast buffet too. One small critique: the windows don’t open, but overall excellent value for money."

"Really loved the Birmingham crown plaza. My daughter and I took my granddaughter to this hotel and we all loved it . Food and drink were excellent and staff were very helpful and polite . I would recommend this hotel"

"Convenient for the city. Rooms were a little hot, but thankfully fans provided. Lift out of services and the bathroom had no towels when we arrived. Buffet breakfast was cold, and no coffee at so had to wait for Starbucks . Staff were friendly and it was used solely as a base for us to sleep"
