The property was as described on the website. It was conveniently located where we needed to go and it was easy to get to other places too. The apartment literally had everything we needed for our stay and I'm happy I picked this property.
The property is located in a high rise building. However, the elevators were not functioning. Attendants did not respond to messages until hours later and requests went unanswered for a while.
The unit was nice and well kept. Service was poor.
Clean, quiet and conveniently located to the historic downtown Birmingham area. Walking distance to all major venues and the property owner and managers were always in touch and accessible. Beautiful apartment, very comfortable. Everyone was so nice. Great price for great location.

Well first this stay requires you to download two apps, for one door lock one to communicate with facility manager. Not a big deal, we worked through it and arrived, which brings me to the next issue. The check in instructions were like a mystery game, guess or call to get your answer. The instructions from the app said scan QR code at gate, but we never received a QR code. So we sat outside and had to call and get the QR code sent as a text. So we made it, kind of. Next the instructions give you details on entering property from one floor of the parking garage, so if first floor was full good luck, back to call or guess. We ended taking the stairs down with our luggage because the elevator did not work with our QR code. So after dragging our luggage out to the street we made our way into the condo, once again instructions were vague at best.
That ended the checkin process, and we made it to the room. The room itself was nice and clean, but it was a little cold so we turned on the heat. Which leads me to the next issue, the heat did not work. We woke up Saturday morning to a 60 degree room. I messaged the POC and she submitted a request for service. You guessed it, no service, no offer to change units, just nothing. So I turned on the oven so we could take showers and not freeze afterwards. The facility management company offered a refund and sent it to expedia so they say. No refund was ever received and expedia agreed they did not issue one. Horrible
The apartment was gorgeous just like the pictures. The host was really nice and the lady at the desk when you come in was awesome very helpful throughout the process of checking in. The email was very detailed on all the instuctons. The only downfall was that the QR Code for access to the parking deck and entrance to door wasn't given in email as stated) need to work on that for others who booking property). Also in the parking deck the elevators didn't work and we had alot of luggage to go downstairs to lobby. Very Safe and Quiet. Would definitely rent this property again.

Excellent property.
The stay was great. Only thing i did not like is that there was no cable. Thru have free wifi and options to connect to your streaming apps if you have any.
All was well until the last day. I paid for late check out days before my trip per the check in and was told we had to leave at 12:30 the day of check out because house keeping was short staffed. They claim management was not told about the check out but could see it in the system.
My wife and I enjoyed the location and atmosphere. The only negative thing that I can say was that the QR code for access to parking and the doors of the building, wasn’t given in the email like it was supposed to be. Nonetheless, when we reached out to the support team, it was handled quickly.
Great location. Very nice and well maintained apartment

Kind of confusing at first to gain access to the unit, but the team was very easy to get a hold of (even on a holiday) and got me access very quickly. The unit itself was great. Very large, well furnished, good condition and a great view, with free garage parking. Only reason I didnt give five stars across the board is there is some construction still occurring on the properly to re-furbish the lobby and common areas, so only some of the elevators were working and construction crews around.

Good stay
Was a little odd staying in an apartment building but overall was okay. Parking is in adjacent lot and they give you a QR code to get in and out. Got used to it after a while. Also requires use of the "Latch" app as the apartment door is blue tooth enabled (only). Great location in the middle of town, was able to walk most places and the apartment was super clean.

Really nice and clean place. The process was easy overall, but deducting 1 star for issues with getting in the parking deck at 1st and a really late check in time. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Apartment
The inside of the apartment was beautiful, well kept, and clean! The host had great communication and checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we were fully accommodated.
The room was really nice. I had any questions that I asked answered & pretty quickly. The instructions for getting to the room were very detailed. The only complaint (which isn’t due to the host) would be that the elevators in the parking deck to the hotel didn’t work. We thankfully only parked on the 2nd floor. There weren’t a lot of stairs but we had 3 suitcases & a bag to carry. It would have taken two trips regardless. Thankfully bf was there to help, I wouldn’t have been able to do it alone
Downgraded our room last minute and we had no WiFi installed in the unit they gave us so we didn’t have TV.
Had to call to get the QR code to get in.
Had to call again to get Latch to get in to the apartment
No hand towels in kitchen
No toiletries as stated in the ad
No clothes rod in the closet to hang clothes
No bar stools or table to eat at
No light bulb in bedroom lamp
