Lets start with the positive, staff were great.
Check in easy. Booked a king room. I was given a ground floor disabled room with twin smaller beds.
I might be a bit fat but i am not disabled lol.
The room it self was clean. But had a strange walk in shower no bath or normal shower.
No tv remote. The room was dated but clean. I did go to reception and ask for a tv remote and told them it was the wrong room type and noisy. No offer to change my room. But i got a tv remote.
The room location was terrible as i could hear people pass all night. And could hear every footstep or word spoken!.
I woke up at 4am from noise from the room next door and the smell of cigarette smoke. The room next door was having a party with a lady!! And was negotiating a fee!! Lol
I ate dinner the food was ok. I ordered what i wanted then was told i was given the old menu, so had to order again.
Breakfast was ok. Premium inn breakfast is better.
Like i said staff were all great.
