"From the moment we stepped in to the gorgeous hotel building, we were greeted by incredibly warm and friendly staff. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and perfectly suits the "Grand" part to their name, and when we saw our room, it was spacious, clean, really love and comfortable, and the bed was so soft and it was incredibly easy to just drop off on both nights of our stay. The Madeleine bar was exquisite and classy, but we couldn't help but be blown away by the classic style to Isaac's. Staff...

"The room was basic but clean, bed comfy, I forgot to put the heating on so woke up a bit cold in the morning! But then discovered I couldn't get it switched on anyway (didn't have time to ask at reception before I left). Breakfast was good - continental all you can eat - and check in and check out was quick and efficient. Hotel was very busy on this stay so there wasn't a space left to park my car as I arrived late at night - but there is an NCP car park a couple of minutes walk away. "
