Crowne Plaza Birmingham City Centre by IHG
Nice hotel. Some parts of the room were dated. There was a strange sewage smell from the bathroom as soon as we entered the room and it stayed with us during our stay. Other than that, the hotel and room were nice.

The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club
I have stayed here for over 20 years with work and the rooms for the past 3 years have got colder and today was the worst. Check in 3pm. No heating until 8pm. It was freezing we sat with coats on until we went out and to say it was £100 per night without breakfast it was the worst hotel this week ...
