"We paid $60 more for a family room (2 beds) than a king size bedroom but it was not available to us. We were offered to a room with a double bed. We argued that the bed was too small. The room we had finally offered was a queen size bed. The bathroom floor was bare plywood. The top materials were removed. The housekeeper said it is in a process of renovation. The toilet was hardly flushed. The light above the sink did not work and did not repair upon our request. The elevator was always...

"Attic room was difficult due to low ceiling beams and we banged our heads several times... Breakfast was really nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good and the location for Beaumaris town is ideal."

After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. "The majority of golfers arrive for the day and do not stay overnight. The result being after 9pm, the lodge is very quiet. For some that will be a like or dislike. I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay with no complaints. All the staff I met were helpful and friendly."

"Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "
