"The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. "

"This is a duplex with 3 bedrooms. The location was very quiet but getting there was a little treacherous because the road was bumpy and gravel. However, I would stay again for sure. The duplex was clean. We ended up with 11 people total, and there was room for us all. There's a little sari sari nearby for essentials. It's about a 2 mile walk to karinderyas with good food. The caretaker was very nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great place."

"Please be aware the property is pretty far from the center. We are from out of the country & traveled w/ my inlaws & 2 other relatives. The place was difficult to find. Kudos to the host who provided us with instructions w/ photos on how to get there. However, the area is located deep w/in houses and small one-way roads that were unpaved. Being in Baguio, roads are steep going down & up, with various sharp turns going downhill. Again, being from out of the country, it felt quite dangerous to get...
