"The room was clean and comfortable and has what I needed, location was excellent. The staff and manager were great and very friendly and helpful. I have a story to share, I dropped my little bag While I get out of my taxi in front of the hotel it has my passport, ID, credit cards and cash mony. I thought I lost it, next day I asked the manager to look at the camera and check it out we went through a lot of records till we found that a delivery guy has picked it up and left through many efforts by the hotel staff we got his phone number and the manager called him in a very professional way to bring my bag back I got everything with a huge relief. big thanks to the hotel staff and Mr Sameh, the manger. "

"I booked this hotel on a whim after a flight being delayed and it completely exceeded any expectations I had. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They told us breakfast would be from 6-10, and I said we would be leaving at 3:30 for our flight so that we wouldn’t be at breakfast, and instead the staff called and arranged for breakfast to be ready at 3:30 for us! Everyone we encountered was very nice, hotel was clean, room was spacious. Would definitely reccomend! "

"Meet and assist was $25 well spent for arriving solo at the airport in the middle of the night. I wasn't thrilled that housekeeping knocked at 9:30am when I'd arrived at 3:00am so definitely should have used the DND sign because they don't track who is checking out late. Breakfast was just what I needed, had plenty of choices for everyone and most things were labeled if you wanted to try something new. I kind of wish I was staying one more night so I could make use of that nice-looking pool I can see from my window."
