Booked hotel because close to airport and stated had shuttle. NO SHUTTLE offered and were not overly reassuring about Rranging a ride. Place is clean but shows wesr from pictures that make it look new. Clean comfortable and most staff friendly. They did book me an uber in morning after i requested but say couldnt prebook rides.

Great place to stay!

Beautiful hotel, one of the best I have been at so far in Egypt. Staff knew English very well, rooms were very clean and the area was newly updated. Pool area was amazing and very nice.

Airport stay in Cairo

Inwas nicely welcomed and room was clean and big enough. Internet was working fine enough for Netflix. The only downside is thin wall and windows: a lot of noise both from street and corridors. Airport is about 10-15minutes by car.

Amazing and beautiful

Amazing hotel and apartments close to airport. I stayed with my family in the beautiful fully furnished 2 bedroom apartments.The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities we required for our stay(utensils, fridge,stove,microwave).Apartments are very modern and beds are soo comfortable.Safety and cleanliness was always shown throughout my stay.Staff was the most helpful,understanding and accomadating to our needs and requests.Thanks to Michael, Meena,Zaki for the most memorable stay and for all the help.Will definitely return and recommended the hotel.

Be aware of a potential scam if traveling with a partner I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, as I was arriving late and leaving early. When we arrived around 11 p.m., the front desk refused to let my partner and me stay in the same room without a marriage certificate. Our only options were to cancel the reservation—which wasn’t practical that late at night—or to book an additional room. We had no choice but to accept, and were escorted separately to different buildings. While this policy is mentioned in the fine print, it should be stated clearly before booking. It feels like a deliberate tactic to pressure guests into paying for two rooms, knowing most won’t have alternatives at that hour. Even staff mentioned that other hotels nearby don’t enforce this rule. To their credit, the staff were kind and tried to assist. The room itself was fine, though the bathroom trash hadn’t been fully cleaned from a previous guest. Overall, I strongly recommend choosing another hotel—these policies reflect poorly on the management and show a lack of genuine hospitality.

The staff were accommodating, room spacious. I was given one packet of instant coffee for a 2 night stay. The electric coffee pot to heat water didn’t work.Couldn’t get coffee at cafe, which was supposed to be open by 10? . It wasn’t. I visited two times within a 30 minute period. Went to the restaurant and they insisted that I have a full breakfast and could not accommodate a carry out order. I visited the front desk, got no remedy. I’m from USA and even our worst hotels provide coffee. I picked this place because it looked good and was close to the airport and I was arriving very late. Here for convention so had booked a nicer place for the upcoming week. I’ll spring for a nicer place next time. Nice balcony but faced rubble.. possibly a bldg torn down? Delayed check out to “ check out “ the room, which was prepaid. Nothing within walking distance and the restaurant serves only pizza and pasta. The day that I managed to get coffee at the cafe, it was good and they have a decent selection of snacks ect..
