What a great experience, this hotel is perfectly located on the old town neighbourhood , walking distance to the metro station, bus stops, restaurants and shopping areas. The view from the room was really nice, the staff was friendly and willing to provide any information required. The breakfast was good, with good variety; clean and comfortable rooms. We loved our time in this hotel.

Very convenient location near Metro and bus stops. Right at the edge of the old town and city plaza, perfect for an afternoon relaxing in the square. Also a 5 minute walk from Gran Via for shopping, and 15-20 minute walk to the Guggenheim.

An excellent location for walking around, accessing public transport and enjoying dining options. Room is spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet for the location on a busy corner. I think the hotel had recently had a refurb and it was good, the staff were very good and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is right on the edge of the old city so there were many pintxo bars and excellent restaurants and just across the river there was all the shopping anyone could want. I would definitely recommend it.
