Great place to stay, clean room and ensuite. Sufficient kitchen utensils for our purposes. Staff are friendly and gave us ideas for cost effective ways to explore the city. No problem with free luggage storage on day of check out.

Overall great stay - would definitely stay again The reception staff were so helpful and friendly - gave great advice on which beaches to go to and how to access them The accommodation is literally on top of the main interchange so unrivalled in terms of transport links - we got the bus to San Sebastián The room was fab with fridge, sink etc Some of the sheets were stained which is my only criticism but don’t let that out you off - I’m sure they would have given me fresh ones if I had asked

Good service

Overall it was good. The service was excellent. The temperature in the A/C is fixed and you cannot modify it, also it turns off automatically and you'd have to start it again: not a good feature in the middle of a heatwave or hot summer night. Other than that, zero complaints. Great location.

Very good connection to long-distance bus network and public transportation. Quality of breakfast just OK, unfortunately it repeats every day. We had dinner once, quality was good. Room amenities good, condition/quality was OK, some problems with drain, roller blind, shower head holder, which were mostly fixed quickly. No room cleaning during stay. Dishes and especially cutlery in the room and dining area were not clean. Room to the corridor unfortunately a bit noisy, noise level from the street OK with the window closed, very loud with the window open. Helpfulness and friendliness of reception staff very good, but not always english speaking.

Good concept fails to 2 major issues

Breakfast was awful but fortunarely it was until 10:30 but there wasnt much else than coffee, bread and cereal. I dont think my room was cleaned even once during 6 nights visit. Best thing about the room is bathroom and worst part is the bed. Place also had gym which was nice and location decent. However the place failed on two major issues; breakfast and bed. Note: Im 29 and used to crappy student meals and sleeping in crappy hostels.

Great location at bus station. Easy to get everywhere via the trams. Comfortable room and very good amenities for cooking and washing. Highly recommend

Great place for price

I was over for two athletic club games it’s literally a 3 minute walk from the stadium perfect location, it is right above the bus station and has its own gym and the staff were brilliant and helpful, has everything you need and more perfect location for a walk to the city in 5 minutes maybe 20 minute walk from the old town. I will certainly be back to resa San mames when in Bilbao again

La limpieza estaba bien, aunque solo entran cada 3 días. La cocina justa, ya que solo hay microondas y nevera, no se puede cocinar. Las dos camas eran de diferente altura y visualmente quedaba bastante mal. Además, si ibas en pareja no podías juntarlas para dormir juntos.

Alojamiento muy nuevo y con buenas instalaciones, hasta lavandería con secadora, zona de ocio (ping pong, tumbonas). El personal de recepción muy atento, me atendió la Srta. Elena a mi llegada y fue muy amable y resolutiva con un pequeño problema con el extractor de humos. Las habitaciones con microondas, vitro y frigo. Todo perfecto.
