Clean room, staff were very helpful, they stored my medication in a fridge and kindly put football on the TV in the lobby bar for us when we couldn't find it showing elsewhere. We didn't use any amenities so only gave 4 stars.

Clean and modern room. Location is good, 11 min walk to Abando. But it's very noisy, the room doors keep opening and shutting at night until midnight, the walls are not sound-proof, I can hear people talking outside the room clearly. Also for ladies- hairdryer is bad, bring your own

Location of hotel excellent for visiting Guggenheim, taking a river cruise and local restaurants, especially in the old town. Comfortable room. No special welcome on arrival but reception helpful when approached with a question. Breakfast was OK with reasonable choice although I didn't think much of the coffee. Dinner one evening in the hotel was good although very slow service, taking over an hour for first course to arrive. Our room faced NW, so excellent view of the eclipse. Bar/lounge area nice with reasonable prices for pre-dinner drinks.
