"Staff were really friendly, hotel was very cosy , clean and close to the town. It has lovely views of the estuary from the upper floors. The spa was very clean; the pool was a decent size as were the sauna and steam rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant. However, when ordering, there were some things on the menu that were no longer available. For a hotel of this size, this should not happen! The prices were rather inflated. There was a set menu that guests who had an inclusive rate could use, however, we did not have this option and so had to order from the a la carte offering. The inclusive continental breakfast was good, with a good choice of items."

Apparently this happens a lot when it rains heavily- we adjusted during our wonderful stay, so it didn’t impact us … but this does need to be addressed for anyone visiting with a young family - sorry! 5 ⭐️s from a 2 adult, no kids stay though … totally! 👍👏"
