"Perfect. We have stayed in many holiday rentals in Salcombe over the years and this was the best. Our kids (6 & 7) loved the attic room (which has 4 single beds plus TV, bean bags and a lovely en-suite bathroom) and we stayed in the first floor front bedroom (also en-suite). The accommodation is plentiful for even 2 families our size, and the garden is a delight. Views from all estuary facing rooms and a very elegantly modernised period vibe to the house. "Made to feel special from arrival - charming driver in Land Rover collected is from their car park to take us to the island ….welcome champagne ….delightful canopes before dinner …spoilt over breakfast and luggage taken to the sea tractor for return home when still charming man took our luggage up to the car park. It is a special place …years ago when I stayed I missed having a TV and I couldn’t get phone reception …but the WiFi now works so I could relax … It is a wonderful place to go to...

"Set in a lovely position on the beach with beautiful walks along the coastal path.
