"The hotel entry way was really nice. I think the rooms could use some updating."

"Room had no microwave nor end tables. We spoke with a maid twice in English and Spanish requesting fresh towels. We never got them. When we inquired with the front desk, we were told they do not give out fresh towels. We only had fresh towels for one night out of a four night stay. Unacceptable."
