"My daughter was having major surgery in Banff and we needed to stay within 20 minutes of the hospital for 48 hours. Our first night the room was clean and going to meet our needs but the heat was not working (neither was the TV) and there were no vacancies, so we were provided a space heater (and we had our phones, so the TV didn't matter). Then in the morning of her surgery there was no hot water in the room already with no heat. When I went to the front desk, the overnight employee did not...

"No service available at night, parking space is terrible and room was not cleaned properly had a half cup of coffee left in our room when we entered. "

"They make it clear up front that this is a "party hostel" there will be noise, there will be bunk beds, there will be slippers so we don't muck up the floors. My bed had a privacy curtain so I could look at my phone without disturbing others. There is a kitchen you can use. Right in the core of Canmore. My sleep was lousy."

"Kitchen was not properly stocked. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. When we asked for it, they brought us small sachets instead of actual shakers. Laundry washer was dirty and had a smell to it. Shower faucets were dirty/rusted. Also parking is not designated and not guaranteed. We had to find parking outside which was far one night. And no smart tv. For the price, they are charging i’d recommend looking at other properties. This places needs a few updates."

"Checkin and out were super fast! Staff was helpful. Enjoyed the underground parking and the hotel room was perfect and had everything we needed! Would definitely visit again."

"Great room, cleanliness and view was stunning. Only thing is the hot tub situation, if there would have been more than one at least per building, it was hard to get a chance to enjoy it there was always overcrowding at the hot tub. Other than that for the room itself 5 stars. Also the parking placement for 401 was a little confusing and questionable. Love that the room supplied and generous amount of shampoo, body wash and conditioner. "

"This is our second stay straddling a ski trip and I had a very positive experience. Firstly, due to my own mistake I booked Thursday instead of Wednesday, but the front desk staff (sorry I didn't catch the name, she would have been there Wednesday April 29th around 9pm) was very accommodating in finding me a last minute room, and also helped find a room that better suits my sleeping difficulties (further from frequent traffic). I'm very grateful and had a great stay. The room was nicely cleaned...
