"Staff were friendly esp the really lovely man out front who ordered taxis for us. He is a legend and should probably be made Prime Minister of all India. The problem is that whoever says the location is good on here is maybe drunk or something because it is way way way out of Kolkata proper. That means you cannot get anywhere without a taxi. Couple of other niggles are that the air conditoning in room is quite minor (the rooms are still quite hot) and the breakfast is not very good. Great

"Too noisy…Soundproofing very poor…Some renovation just outside room…we had informed the duty manager that is was our wedding anniversary but they did nothing at all…No flowers, forget cake…But service is excellent, especially Manish who we found so very dedicated to customer comfort, food was excellent…"
