We absolutely loved our stay at Domaine de Bassilour. We stayed in the villa in the Coraline apartment. Spotlessly clean, light and fresh and it has a view of La Rhune from the bedroom window! It’s very well equipped with everything you need, perfectly situated to explore the surrounding area but tucked away in a quiet spot. I did not want to leave!

Bon séjour

Hôtel très calme, bon petit déjeuner et personnel très accueillant. L’accès à Biarritz et à Bayonne est facile et surtout l’accès à l’autoroute (à peine quelques minutes) Bon séjour dans cet hôtel atypique (ancienne ferme transformée)

Nous logions au chateau dans la suite Topaze. Très male isolée pour le bruit, nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre au dessus. Difficile de dormir dans ces conditions... Et puis nous ne savions pas que ce n'était pas une location mais en réalité une co-location, avec les araignées et les punaises du domaine, rentrées se réchauffer car il faisait froid dehors. Nous en avons compté une vingtaine d'individus par chambres. Plus une tres grosse araignée d'environ 6 centimètres dans la salle de bains ! L'établissement est tres joli, en pleine nature, mais quand même...

Beau bâtiment, accueil fort sympathique. Seul bémol… je n’avais pas remarqué lors de la réservation que les chiens sont admis et lors de la 2ème nuit les voisins n’étaient pas capables de faire taire leur chien et le lendemain sur le chemin menant au parking une magnifique commission… les propriétaires n’ont pas été capables d’enlever les excréments.
