"This hotel is in a beautiful location - our room was clean and welcoming. It was hot with no AC but there was a fan in the wardrobe.
Plenty of parking too."

- Poor surrounding facilities and attractions.

"Lovely hotel and garden very nice place, good hotel room, good location, parking on site. Friendly and helpful reception staff and friendly helpful bar staff! The breakfast team gave good service each morning.

"A lovely hotel situated in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds. Superior room was excellent. A nice size with a double shower and bath. Bed was comfy. Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."
"All the staff were helpful and friendly . An asset to the hotel . Went out of their way to help . Extremely comfy bed and lovely bedding . Food was good standard . Drinks were quite expensive but didn’t spoil our experience. The spa looked good too . "
"Great views from the bar and garden, and perhaps some rooms though not ours as we were facing out the back. Rooms are clean and functional but nothing to write home about, with bathrooms not dissimilar to the toilets in a school 20 years ago. Nevertheless, a good night's rest and great location if you're playing golf and the nearby Cleeve Hill golf course. "
"We enjoyed our stay at The Thames Head. Convenient location with just a short drive to Cirencester. Also close to Tetbury and Minchinhampton. Our room was very clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful and food excellent.
