Nothing superior here!

Hotel room was not as advertised - meant to be a superior room and yet no rainforest shower or any shower just a dirty bathroom and bedroom and a miniature tv. There was hair all over the place even in the towels. Not sure why they put a kettle in the room as there were no cups tea or coffee - just the kettle. Minimalist is a good word to describe it!

Patriarche. Synonyme Vert, Sympatique, Accueillant

Je suis surpris que Hotels.com n'ait pas ici une rubrique sur l'accueil. Car nous avons ma compagne et moi-même été adorablement accueillis par la propriétaire des lieux. Arrivés en fin de journée et une fois installés, nous avons souhaité avoir le nom d'un petit restaurant sympa (bien entendu). Le conseil fut parfait et la satisfaction d'être au bon endroit certaine. Quand nous avons demandé à ce que l'horaire du petit déjeuner soit "si possible" avancé (nous avions à prendre un train), ce fut accepté sans une ombre de réticence. Au petit déjeuner, Daniel le compagnon de notre souriante hôtesse nous a fait une agréable conversation. Pour conclure, je veux dire notre totale satisfaction. Ma compagne et moi-même sommes unanimement impatients de revenir au Patriarche d'Agde.

Un Cauchemar !

On reserve pour 2 nuits, apparemment expedia s'est trompé l'hôtel était complet nous avons donc eu la "chance" d'avoir le studio avec frigo et toilette privé comme me le dit la patronne. On a constaté la saleté : poussière etc... Mais on ne s'est aperçu qu'au moment de se coucher qu'il y avait des cheveux dans les draps, des poils, des taches douteuses... impossible pour nous de dormir dans la chambre on a dormi dans la voiture et la patronne a refusée de nous rembourser la nuit en ns disant même "qu'est ce que j'en sais que c'est pas vous qui avez sali" elle ns a fait un chèque pour ns rembourser la deuxième nuit réservée en échange du silence ! En ns menacant de se retourner contre ns si on mettait un avis négatif sur son hôtel. On a réservé à la dernière minute et on a regardé que les 5 derniers avis ne faite pas la même erreur que ns car en effet il était indiqué dans les avis qu'il y avait des cheveux poils etc....

Hôtel très mignon

Charmant petit hôtel avec un très beau jardin,accueil fort sympathique. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre et le coin piscine etait super.. (Petit bémol , beaucoup de fourmis devant la porte d'entrée et la douche pas au top , jet d'eau peu puissant ) malgré ça , nous recommandons tout à fait cette hôtel qui est d'ailleurs très reposant.

Pas très sérieux (en espérant ne pas être modéré!)

Ma réservation n'était pas enregistrée et donc je me suis retrouvé avec mes 3 enfants dans un studio qui puait... Je n'avais pas le temps de chercher autre chose donc j'ai fait avec. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hotel et sans doute pas sur Hotels.com non plus.

Chambre vraiment petite, très mal isolée et insonorisée ! Nous avions réservés une chambre avec salle de bain privative, mais même en prenant cette option, les toilettes !communes! étaient sur le pallier. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi (qualité du matelas), heureusement que ce ne fut que pour une nuit ! Propreté convenable malgré quelques recoins (dessus de meuble, dessous de lit) poussiéreux. Le cadre et la situation est cependant agréable, et reposante, dommage que ce ne soit pas pareil pour le chambres.

Hors saison un peu à l'abandon. Attention les photos sur le site sont prises en forte saison. La piscine était fermée et le spa n'existe pas, c'est un sauna.... payant!
