Lovely village
Excellent location. The entry of the hotel is weird. One has to go through the bar and a couple of tiny doors. The corridors are dingy and narrow but the rooms are nice. Clean and spacious.

The hotel was in an amazing location and the room was clean with a modern en-suite. It could have been so much better with a few simple additions. There was a shared outside roof terrace area but no seating. A kettle would have been appreciated. The man in reception was reasonably helpful but always doing lots of jobs at once. We asked for a glass so we could have a drink in our room but he said no so we had to use the paper cups. Breakfast was available at an additional cost and the food was good, however the breakfast room was quite uninviting.
Séjour agréable. Personnel efficace.

Nice hotel and location if you are ready to stay in century house . Restaurant is perfect. You can drive to castle - parking is on the hill - 50 meters from entrance

The staff was excellent, but the hotel is very tired and in need of some renovations. The young man and woman who work at the restaurant seem to be doing it all…they were terrific!
Amazing location ... right at the fiver and at the bottom of the medievil steps up to the amazing castle and views. We heard the restaurant was very nice, but was closed during our late Oct stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. We traveled by bike and they had nice garage for bikes. Rooms small, but had all the basics and were clean.
