"Booked a triple room. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Smoking area just below it so smoke entered the room via vents. To try and avoid this we couldn't use the air con or open the window. Asked for an iron but did not have access to one even though it was mentioned in the hotel description as available upon request. Breakfast was nice, wide range. Staff not very friendly. Room cleaned daily. Area was very good, next to underground metro M2 to taksim and tram line T1 to sultanahmet."
