"Would I stay at this property again? No. The first room I was given was disgusting and had bugs. I also couldn’t open the blinds because the room faced a stare case and anybody would walk by can see through. The showers need to be cleaned the shower floors were so clammy. When I requested a room change, the process felt odd because the receptionist wanted me to fully check out and pay another deposit. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and helped resolve the situation professionally. Parking is $50 and there’s additional charges this hotel charges."

"This is an excellent hotel. The customer service was the best I have ever received. The staff was attentive, helpful, and went out of their way to give guests a great experience. We arrived early and our room was ready well before check- in time. One member of our group popped a button on her dress as we were headed out the door to my nephew's graduation. Someone from the front desk found a sewing kit and ran to our Uber so that the repair could be made on our way to the ceremony. We enjoyed the on site restaurant. The food at Viviene was delicious. We enjoyed the morning coffee, lunched by the pool, and had a celebratory family dinner for 11 at a poolside table. Everything was terrific. I highly recommend the Avalon to anyone looking for relaxed luxury in a neat section of Beverly Hills."

"Hotel Lili is a lovely small boutique hotel. It’s charming. However note 2 things- they do offer coffee in the am in the lobby but no food- just.cookies. Also the pool is not on the actual premises. It is close by at a sister property. The location is fairly convenient- about a 10 minute walk to Rodeo drive etc with restaurants and shops. They have an outdoor parking lot that is $50/day so be sure to add that to your budget."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, but that’s the only good thing.While the door and safe are fitted for a card passkey, you were given a key to use. There was no chair in the room, so I had to request one. Extremely small bathroom. The window faced a wall. The unit had a small, noisy window A/C. I felt this hotel is being run for max profit, due to location."
