"The entire exterior of the hotel is under excavation and construction. The first night of our two night stay bulldozers worked until 4 AM. The hotel moved us to a quiet room for the second night & removed direct hotel charges (parking and food) but we had paid for our stay through Expedia & I needed to get a refund for the night from them. I fully expect that to happen, but Expedia customer service has not given me 5 star support because they have yet to hear back from the hotel. I called the hotel and management has the problem documented in their records. I contracted with Expedia and this was not a small problem. They need to refund me the first night's charge."
