"I can't say enough about the staff. The were very friendly and helpful. The property itself was fairly new and well maintained. The stay includes a reasonably nice breakfast and access to an assortment of snacks and libations in the evening. This is a great property to use as a base for day trips (by car) to sites in Normandy. We used it to visit D-Day historical sites as well as to visit beautiful Mont-Sant-Michel. "Right next to the port. Really clean rooms, particularly the bathrooms. Very helpful. Stayed one night after getting off the late ferry from Portsmouth. I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me...

"The staff at the Brit were extremely welcoming and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed we were not able to have a hot drink in the room. Despite there being a kettle and tea/coffee they only provided small shot glasses for drinks which was extremely odd! There was also no fridge in the room which we needed to keep milk for our baby. "
