"Beautifully clean apart/hotel. Rooms in newly decorated condition and facilities spotless. Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! "Hotels.com said that reception closed at 20.00 but it closed at 19.00! Fortunately we arrived at the same time as some other late arrivals who phoned someone and found their room card under the outside ash tray....ours was there too. Unfortunately the details were incorrect so it took us ( and several friendly people) a long time to find our room. The whole site was almost empty and only just starting for the season. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. When we met the receptionist the following morning she was very apologetic. We feel that better information about the Adonis should be provided. "

"I really don’t want to be negative about my stay at your hotel. Lovely location, nice well looked after buildings and brilliant for a 10 minute drive to the ferry at Ouistreham in the morning. But please get some staff! The service in the restaurant wasn’t brilliant and a few orders were forgotten, my main meal was ok, but arrived lukewarm warm, as if it had been prepared a while before it was delivered. Having just one member of staff, or might have been the owner, I don’t know, booking people in, sorting out payment, showing them to their rooms, serving coffee clearing glasses from the bar and garden, taking food orders, serving drinks and food all at the same time, on their own is the problem I think. Not the staff member. You know how many people will be staying with you, and when they are coming and who they are, so please invest in appropriate amount of staff to aid your customers experience. I would happily stay there again. Please take this review as constructive and not destructive, as it is a lovely hotel, and I did overal enjoy my visit their."

"Our check-in process was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgable team members which was a great start to the stay. The room was fantastic, everything had been thought of (utensils, welcome pack with basic cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances). The pool was incredible, a little dated (a couple of interactive features did not work, and they did not turn on the water features until we were out and ready to leave), but such a relaxing change of pace to other family parks we have experiences. The outdoor pool area was welcomed by our two children too, being warmed too was an excellent addition. The on site shop has selected opening times, something to bear in mind if you’re relying on it for anything. The children’s area is superb, we could have spent everyday of our stay all day here! So overall, we’re very happy with our stay and already looking ahead to our return visit!"
