"La Palma was amazing! We stayed 2 nights in Stresa and absolutely loved this place. The crown jewel was the rooftop pool with an amazing view, and though it was a bit too cold to use the beach club pool by the lake, I can imagine it's an amazing experience as well. Parking on site, breakfast included, and perfectly located within the town. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded. "

Staff super cordiale, unica sfortuna: avevamo prenotato una double/twin room e non ci é stato chiesto se preferivamo avere un letto matrimoniale o due singoli (anche colpa mia comunque, potevo avvisare di mia iniziativa). Le note negative sono principalmente due: - la chiusura della piscina dovrebbe essere notificato al momento della prenotazione. - il personale del bar e della reception dovrebbe essere formato e conoscere le informazioni basiche per rendere la permanenza comoda e accessibile. Altra nota positiva ma con margini di miglioramento è la colazione, buffet ricco e molto buono"
