"We found room 103 had a shower door which wouldn't close and had a note saying so.Furniture tired .chipped and wardrobe doors failing.Portable heater broken .Radiators off .Only controlled from reception thermostat.Pillow on bed thick with dust.Took pillow and heater to reception.towel rail hanging off wall.Otherall paintwork tired.Needs renovation. Dust in corners ,stains on stool/pillows.No wifi in rooms only in reception. Bathroom very cramp.Spare blankets would have been a good addition for room.
Staff and breakfast absolutely fine.View was great."

The restaurant nice and cozy serving top notch food and good portions also. The bar was very nice with a good offering of different beers and lovely clientele .

"I stayed in room 103 for one night on 19th March 2026. My room was on the side of the building, facing the end wall of another building. Not nice at all. Suggest you ask for a room with an open view.
Breakfast was good, in a downstairs room. Checkout was 10am, rather early I thought.
Would I stay there again? Maybe, price was good in mid March. Llandudno is a lovely town, always worth a visit."
" Yes there were shops nearby plenty of pubs Hotel was pet friendly at an extra cost. We booked in but had to complain about our room and straight away the receptionist found another room. It was nice and would definitely be using it agai"
