Checkin was al messed up. The staff at the reception seems new. It took us 45 mins to checkin. And they forgot to mark breakfast included which was embarrassing us next morning to deal with the kitchen staff. Rooms and amenities were wonderful. Location is excellent.

Extremely clean and quiet hotel!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. It is nestled in a quiet area. The only change that I think they should make is to include breakfast in with that rate.

The 7am fire alarm was a startling way to wake up. Our room was clean but small and AC unit was not in good condition. Registration desk staff was courteous and efficient. Breakfast area set-up was confusing with offering both a menu and buffett. Additional signage would have been helpful. It also would have been nice to have the bar open on Thursday evening as options were limited outside of the hotel.
