"The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. "Room was very nice with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with laundry detergent if you need to throw in a load. Pool was great and is open 11-8. Plenty of parking (pd) around the building—it is easier to see what is available before it gets dark. Metro blue line stop is less than 5 minutes walking and you can even go through the Marriott lobby to get underground there. Such an easy home base to get to all the sights in DC with the closeness of the Metro...

"The location is perfect. A lot of store’s nearby that doesn’t require you to drive. My room was very nice and neat. The amenities are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. Will be returning again !"

"The property was nice, very active building with a concierge at the front desk. They are not attached with the rental company just for the property. The apartment had almost all the cookware and working appliances for meals, nice touch was the dishwasher and if you needed a washer/dryer it was located in the apartment. "Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. The host provided detailed instructions and checked we had arrived safely following a long flight from the UK. Hotel standard toiletries were provided along with some clothes and dishwashing tablets.
