"Visiting for a local concert for my daughters birthday. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. The pool was cold and the hot tub is out of order which was a main reason for choosing this hotel. Online this place looks like a resort, However the pool was a major selling point for this trip and it was very cold. The staff here were amazing. We had lunch there and the food was great. We had to switch rooms due to our AC unit leaking and the maintenance man Tom was very helpful and friendly. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and supplied us with fresh towels. Overall it was a nice stay. We likely wouldn't return but only due to the area has so many other options for nicer pool areas."

"The check staff was overwhelmed and other support staff did not seem to care about lending any assistance. The shower in our room was not in the best condition. Mold around the edges, the stopper was missing and the shower curtain was hanging on with one screw and some cardboard. The Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing."

"The room was amazing, most of the staff was friendly except one young lady at the front desk who didn’t seem very helpful when switching rooms for an extended stay. Breakfast was good as well. Thank you!"

"I had no air for 3 days also room not clean 😐 also I ordered a king size Bed my bed was a twin . Hotel was fully booked so I was so sad the whole trip thank God it rain the last day will never book again, staff so nasty and didn't want to help at all front desk staff sleeping so she had to wake up to let us in the hotel when we got there at 11pm"
