"We checked in after a tiring flight itinerary just wanting some rest but a large family group checking in at the same time thought it was appropriate to let their young children play loudly in the hallway outside our room. Since courtesy and consideration seem to be dying concepts in today's world, we asked reception to move us to a different room and they cheerfully obliged. Peace and quiet achieved."
