"Desk clerk was very harried and curt. She seemed to be over extended perhaps short handed. Good to know there is no elevator and all the king rooms are in the 2nd floor so you will have steps to climb. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We both got a good night’s sleep. "Really cool historical hotel right in the middle of downtown. Spacious and clean, the family was thrilled with 2 tvs and a recliner and a recliner sofa. The breakfast buffet was also good. Overall a great stay for the money. "
