"Excellent service, by a great team everyone is really welcoming. The hotel is a period property, and is due a bit of a refresh. The location of the hotel is excellent for river trips, exploring Fore st and buses to the local area. Very pet friendly!"

"Cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Food amazing staff really lovely and helpful. The only let down was the lift not working and having to carry suitcase up 2 floors . Would definitely recommend and certainly would stay again. Thank you for lovely stay."
