"Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het eten was goed en onze kamer was verrassend ruim. Het pand deed ons denken aan onze reis naar New York van vorig jaar maar was wel flink verouderd. Verouderde voorzieningen als rookmelders en de lift waarmee je het gebouw in komt als je een kinderwagen mee hebt (of in een rolstoel zit), zouden in onze optiek wel vervangen/vernieuwd mogen worden. Desondanks een hele prettige ervaring die we graag nog een keer zouden willen beleven. "

"The hotel was actually quite nice, but the location wasn’t good for us. There were no restaurants, shops or sights writhing walking distance and we had no car, so anything we wanted to do or see was a 20 Euro ride away."

"Great location. Friendly staff, but not there later in the day. A bit concerned about security. No one is at the front desk and someone could follow a guest in. There were no chains in the door. Huge room. No extra blankets. "

"When we checked in we indicated we had been up for over 30 hours and were very tired. We were given a room with a lounge above and all we heard for hours were the scraping of chairs, so needless to say we didn't get any rest."

"I booked the hotel with Expedia from Apr. 26 to 28. When I drove with my family (kids 4, 9) to Hague at night Apr. 26, I never expected the city centre was locked, I can't drive inside the city because of the King's Day on Apr. 27. I drove around the city centre area and finally found a temporary street parking at 10pm, located about 1 mile away and walked to the hotel. There are two male persons in the front desk, one in his 20s and the other in 50s. The front desk persons told me no way to...

"I like the atmosphere, their laundry facilities, and our room was clean and spacious. But I find their lack of coffee and not including breakfast pretty mean for the price they charge."

"Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast including buffet and order menu was very good, and the service was great. The front desk staffs were polite and very helpful. The location of the hotel is close to train central station and some of landmarks. We enjoyed stays in the hotel."

"The toilets and showers were very clean! The pod was also as we expected. The only thing we disliked was that the ventilation in our pod wasn't working correctly, so it got very hot in there and we also got headaches in the morning. In general it was a great experience, but due to the poor ventilation, I wouldn't stay longer than a night. The location is also very central in Rotterdam, so it is easy to walk around in the city."

"Lovely hotel with superb quiet room. Very comfortable bed & spacious bathroom. Pool was great but unfortunately sauna not at all hot while we were up there. Great food in the restaurant at dinner."
